Using effective communication, our Business Analysts act as liaisons between business users, IT professionals and other stakeholders — gathering, analysing, communicating and validating requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

Business analysis is the set of tasks, knowledge and techniques used to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. Solutions often include systems development or integration, but can also focus on business processes or organisational change.
